This is the best place I've lived in my college career. It is expensive but it includes many amenities such as Comcast cable TV and Internet (very fast), pool, and a very nice workout room. Having Comcast internet is a HUGE plus. It is 100 times faster and more reliable than the crap that Jefferson Commons had. Trash is also picked up at your back porch twice a week.

Sound problems we've had in the complex are typical of any complex in a college town. I used to live at Jefferson Commons and I can say that this place is much quieter.

My biggest complaint is the insulation in the downstairs bedroom. In the winter it got down to the low 60's in my room unless we had the heat blasting. In the summer it is usually around 80 in my room. Our electricity bills are extremely high in the Summer ($300 in July).

The previous management that most people had problems with have been replaced. The new management is much more helpful. I have witnessed the move in process for this Fall and it looks much more streamlined than when I moved in last year.
