this place is such a lie. you move in expecting some form of professionalism, but it's all a facade. not only was i matched with two people who couldn't have been more opposite of those i described on my roommate matching form, management completely disregarded the whole part where i said NO SMOKING. good thing i wasn't allergic or had any other health problems, otherwise i'd surely be dead.

my roommates trashed the place with their frequent partying and destructive habits. nothing i said mattered. i stopped using any part of the house but my room and the laundry machines because any effort on my part to keep it at least livable was demolished within hours.

when i moved out i explained all of this to -----, and i sat there and watched her write down everything i said in my file and assure me that all apt common area damages would go to them. a month later i get a letter saying i owe over a grand in damages! what is that ----! of course ----- played stupid and is saying she didn't say any of that.

management is terrible.
