Wow, surprisingly most of the below comments are not exaggeration! I too was lied to when they gave me a false move-in date, then the employee lied about lying to me. I had bugs, break-ins, and maintenance people letting my pets out because they failed to notify me they would be entering the apartment. Very expensive and not worth the money. Ask to see YOUR apartment before you sign the lease. The show apartment is not the same. Apartments are extremely cheaply built. Walls are paper thin, carpet is uncomfortable, wood decks are unfinished. If you need quiet this is NOT the place for you. I had to put down dog repellent because there was so much dog poop in the tiny space of grass in front of the apartment. This place will do everything in their power to charge to as much money as possible. Pay attention to move-in and move-out dates, they will scam you into paying extra rent for less days of living.

If you ever have problems not being resolved by management, google the owners (corporate office) and call them, they will take care of it.
