I agree with most of the people who have left reviews on this place. I lived in the Preserve for two years at which time the management changed three times and the office people changed more often then I can count. It seemed anyone who was nice and sincerely cared to help quit because of the manager. The manager when she did get involved only did so to berate you until you almost wanted to cry or knock her out. She did not care about anyone or anything. This place is horrible and they never take care of anything. The maintenance guys are pretty nice, but they only come after you complain forever. And the majority of the second year I lived there the place slowly smelled of mold but they swore there was none anywhere, and I am an overly clean person. The rent increases are also ridiculous, you can get an equally nice if not better place for less money anywhere. Oh and for the people that think the pool is soo nice, let me tell you the the hot tub was closed down at least 6-7 times for hazardous growth in there and the pool was drained several times for the same reason. There were no break ins when I lived there but there was a security guard that walked around at night the first year until the new management got to cheap to pay him and then the second year vandalism of cars started so it was only a matter of time before break ins. Trust me go somewhere else to live, you will sorely regret it if you choose to move in to these dumps.
