It's sad how many bad reviews are on here because I LOVE the Preserve! There are probably so many bad ones because the few people that had problems made sure all three roommates posted on here. No student apartment complex is perfect and I definitely know that after 3 years of off-campus housing.

THE GOOD
-Staff is awesome--they are constantly spoiling us & I have never had to wait longer than a day for a maintenance request.
-Townhomes are extremely spacious & comfortable
-On site pool & gym are two of the best in tally
-Study room is also very nice with computers, tables, printer, & free coffee and tea
-Tanning beds are nice (stand up and sit down)
-Residents are very friendly and quiet within reason
-Pets are allowed
-It's extremely safe.. we have lights outside both doors that turn on every night that we can't turn off

THE BAD
-Residents don't always honor picking up after their pets and it can smell REALLY bad.
-Parking in the fall can be bad around certain areas. (Some streets have tons of parking while others have less)
-"Free tanning" doesn't include weekends or any day after 4
-They no longer have "valet trash"
