Don't go anywhere near this place! It's insane! They lie teir asses off to all every time you talk to them! I have to break my lease with them now they expect me to find someone to take my place. I don't even live there and it's the middle of the school semester. Not only that... until i find someone i have to keep paying rent! --------! i'm out of the lease! i have no financial responsibility after my lease breaking fees!... NOW they are charging me for the entire 12 months at something around $6000. AND I NEVER MOVED IN OR LIVED THERE FOR EVEN ONE DAY!! now they are lying to me everytime i talk to them! LIES LIES AND MORE LIES! this place is despicable and if anyone can choose another place over this one.. DO IT

Your post makes no sense. You say you never lived there, yet you were on the lease and paid rent??? Contradictory anyone?? It sounds like you are pulling stuff out of your ass because you broke you lease and are pissed that they are making you either pay out the lease or find a room mate when it is your responsibility to do so. Next time you rent from anyone make sure you READ THE ACTUAL LEASE so you won't sound like a jackass when you screw yourself over.

A lease is a contract that cannot be broken. That goes for ANY company or landlord. This is ridiculous. lol
