NOW I KNOW WHY NO ONE STAYS HERE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR! THEY JACK YOUR RENT UP ABOUT 50 BUCKS EACH YEAR! WHAT A CROCK! THIS PLACE DEF BLOWZ. AND THEY GOT LOUD STUPID STUDENTS THAT PARTY WITH BEER BOTTLES AND STUFF IN THE HOT TUB ALL DAY AND NIGHT. TOO NOISY!
