The rent is a bit more than most of the apartments in Tallahasse and the drive is a little longer than many other apartments. Many people don't appear to stay here very long. However that the only bad news.

The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable. We have had two problems with the apartment. One was a leaking sink and the other an A/C problem. Both were fix quickly and without problem by the management.

There appears to be two types of people living here (not including the college students). Many people live here less than a year, mostly looking to buy a house, this is a great place for this. I think there is only one other complex in Tallahassee that will sign short leases. The second group of people (us included) intend to stay here as long as we live in Tallahassee. There are many young professionals and several retires. While a resonably private community, the residents are mostly very freindly.

Reading the other reviews I'm not sure the negative reviews could come from this apartment complex. As with any apartment you can occassionally hear neighbors, but my wife and I have a baby sleeping in the apartment on the other side wall from our bed. We have heared her twice in the last two months. So, I think the apartments are very quiet for being apartments.

Overall I have never been happy in any other apartment and will be using the Reserve as the standard when I eventually move on.
