I lived here when it first opened. We were the first ones in our building. We loved it. We never had a problem with maintenance or staff. Anything we called about always got taken care of right away. We occasionally heard our neighbors when they played their music loud or were walking up the stairs but nothing excessive or out of the ordinary. You have noise no matter where you live, that's just apartment living! If you want piece and quiet buy a house. Also as far as students living there, you live in Tallahassee a college town, you are going to have students everywhere you go, it's called fair housing people. read up on it. I dont know if its still the same staff as when we lived there but they always knew who we were and took care of everything. I think one time we had to request something twice but then it was taken care of. My boyfriend is in the apartment business and believe me the stuff people are complaining about you will have no matter where you go, no matter what city. Deal with it.
