Really BAD!! Fire sprinkler fell out of the ceiling, water faucets lacks seal and dances around the sink, lighting fixtures caused electrical shortage & wires overheated in wall and turned paint brown, windows leak every time it rains, trash in the hallways, tenants letting animals leave little'packages' on stairs landings, LOUD students in pool/hot tub area at ALL hours of day/night, loud music thru walls/floors, no security since they have key to your apt, and get this you *CAN'T* sue them or their staff if anything is stolen, your car gets hit in the parking lot, or even if you get run over by the idiots driving on the wrong side of the roundabout!!!!!

DON'T rent here. It's just not worth it.
