I've been at this complex in phase 1 for almost two years. When I first moved here it was a nice place. It was so nice, I decided to sign another years lease. Then, this place went downhill in a hurry!!!!! If you like peace and quite, this is NOT the place. Walls are paper thin (supposedly there is sound board between apartments, but its just two pieces of drywall with no insulation between the walls between apts. Utilities suck, I have a 2 bedroom apartment and my utility bill has been 200 or more the last several months because the cheap single pane windows. Do yourself a huge favor, if you move here, DONT move into any of the buildings that are around the pool, you will regret it in a hurry!
