I am in phase 2 of the reserves and it has been ok. Note that i said ok. I am a student and I like the fact that this is not a college place...the staff however is rude!!! They do not care about you all they care about is $$$....Shannon, the manager...she is really rude...she thinks she is like all that and she lies and is RUDE!!! Bridgett (or however you spell her name) is ok. There is nothing great about her either...she is a little snoody but Shannon is by far the worst manager ever. They should fire her and then they might have more people living here....also, my apt. is brand new and stuff is falling apart...umm and security here does not exist...so my advice....apt. is ok but staff sucks...if you live here plan on doing everything yourself...staff doesnt help with crap...and dont bother calling the office, they think it is not their problem....will i live here next year'' Heck no.....
