I am a current resident in the phase one section. I agree 100% with the above. The other day a college kid came home drunk and stumbled into the fire alarm box at 1:30 am. It took the fire dept nearly 30 minutes to get there. When they got there they couldnt figure out that it was a pulled box because the alarm company kept telling them the problem was in one of the vacant apts. One of the firemen grabbed a cellphone and called maintenance to come shut off the alarm and they refused saying they shouldnt have to come because the fire dept was there. 20 minutes later someone finally figured out how to shut it off. Had this been a real fire there would be extensive property damage and possible loss of life despite the sprinklers in the ceiling...some of which are starting to hang loose again. do they even work? The idiot college kids often throw night time pool parties and the noise gets really bad. They dont pay attention to the pool hours and few people here have the spine to call the noise officer on them. For the money you would be better off looking elsewhere. I know I will be soon.

The above postings are true, I am just waiting until December so I can move out and not get reamed in the process (if you move out early, they will really stick it to you!!!). I live near the pool in Phase 1 and I have called the courtesy officer about the all night pool parties at the pool and that one of my neighbors like to have as well, and its a waste of time because the "courtesy officer" never shows up. This place sucks! It was a nice place when I first moved in, and has gone down hill!! They are desperate for residents now because of phase II being open and they don???t care about any standards any more, all they want is your money!

I do agree that the fire department and management do not work together at all! The fire alarm was bumped on accident while moving furniture and it took the fire department 40 minutes to get here and then they didnt know where the box was to shut the alarm off. Maintence never showed up to help when we called and told them it was an accident and they said they would send someone right over. However about it being loud and a college apartment complex... the people saying that must have never lived in a college complex in Tallahassee... this place is a dream when it comes to noise. I have had no complaints about noise. All of the college students I have met here are graduate students or serious about their education. I have yet to see a party.

obviously youre one of the drunken college students or completely blind... or live far away from the pool nolegirl03. or maybe you just arent around the apt on the weekends?
