When we came to look at apartments at the Reserve we wanted to choose what apartment we wanted. They gave us a detailed list and map and let us see the location of each apartment. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help us get the necessary paperwork done since we lived out of town.
Since we have moved in we have had nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The electric bill is a little high because the vaulted ceilings and the air conditioner unit but thats the only negative. When we need maintence done they are out within the hour even if it is not an emergency.
As a graduate student I find it the perfect balance to apartment living in tallahassee without the craziness of being near campus. The location is perfect, the grounds are clean, we live in the back of the complex and it is quiet. There are two pools so if there are lots of young children at one I usually find the other one to be quieter.
I love living at the Reserve.

i suppose to a person used to living in a dorm or frat house it would seem quiet. much the same way a new york subway at 4pm would seem like paradise to one just back from a warzone. no matter how you look at it though, the place blows.
