Not sure what happened to this place. My husband and I have lived here a little over 2 years and the only reason we are still living in this complex is because he finishes his graduate program in about 10 months, so we didnt want to deal with the hassel and expenses of moving. I have to be honest when we first moved in, the complex was quiet but definitely not now. We repeatedly have to file complaints about loud music/bass. I mean how many times do you have to call before manangment really does something about it' I also experienced the fire alarm being pulled at 1:30 am. All I have to say is I'm glad I have renter's insurance. For those who think this place is secure, think again. My husband was robbed at gun point, yes a gun to the head, at our front door. There also needs to be a lock on the pool. There has been multiple times car loads of college students have pulled up to the pool, thrown parties and then driven out of the complex when they were done, leaving alcohol bottles litered everywhere. And for those of you with kids, have you witnessed the people taking pornographic pictures in areas around the complex' I hope not. Again, so I'm not sure what has happened here but I am counting down to the day we move out. Note: our rent when we moved in was $840.00 and now we pay $990.00

'secure'...thats a good one! they claim to change the locks between tenants. ive yet to see that happen. so dont be surprised if the last person to have your apartment passes copies of his keys to friends to rob you. besides, the lock on the door to the apartment is so flimsy anyone over 150 lbs could probably kick it in.the alarm system is a joke as you have to give them the pass in case "maintenance has to access your apartment". if maintenance decides to rob you blind or forgets to reset the alarm, read the fine print... you cant sue them. so why bother? there IS a lock on the pool after hours.. or there's supposed to be when maintenance remembers to put it on. it's a moot point anyway because you can easily hop the fence. in the 2 years that ive been here they havent changed the lock on the laundry or the access to the weight room either. ive seen ppl drive up from outside the place, use the weight room then drive off. . .no sticker on their window. as for the porn pics, havent seen that yet. as for the rent they claim the adjustment is based on the current market values for the area. i claim this to be b.s. A jump in rent of 150 bucks is ridiculous. the ONLY good thing so far is that if you have any spine you can call the phone service to report noise - they are pretty good about sending a cop to check it out. note: IF you have any spine. 99% of the ppl renting are either jelly fish and suck it up/live with it or are part of the problem.

People thinking of moving here Please read these postings and listen to our pain! I live in Phase 1, have been here almost two years now. I can certainly tell you I am counting the days till I can move out of here in December! This place its NOT like it used to be,its gone downhill in a hurry. It seems like every time I walk into the office, its mostly all new faces. Its not worth the rent to hear your neighbors through the walls doing God knows what, listening to their TV & stereos, having to hear all the bass & of course lets not forget the dumb ass college kids who come and take over the pool on the weekends and drink & just act like complete morons! Oh yeah, the porn photographer thing is true, but I think they moved out. The pool area is probably the worst place to live around. My apt is next to the pool and I've called the after hours number many times, sometimes the courtesy officer comes out, sometimes he never shows and the people stay out there, sometimes with their dogs in the pool, barking and carrying on. All I have to say is 57 days and counting!!!!!!!
