The Reserve is a great place to live. I had an apartment overlooking the pool and it was very beautiful. Of course, sometimes there was a late night pool party but never anything bad. The staff was all really great, and if I ever move back to Tallahassee, the Reserve would be my first choice apartment. I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, but I certainly never had any of their problems.
