**Update 3/22/06** The spa's BOTH have been broke now for a week... No work on when they will be working again.

I Moved into the reserve because I figured for the cost of living here the quality of life would match the price tag. WRONG. The hot tub in my phase was broke for 3 months almost; while they gave me the run around and about 4 different stories on what happened. ------- the "head manager" of the grounds has a major attitude problem. (As you will find in other posts.) My AC broke on Saturday when the temperatue IN THE SUNLIGHT was 80 deg. She told me if it were 85 deg. and summer time she would send someone out..she went and checked outside where she was andd told me it was only 72!. But since it wasnt summer yet I had to wait the whole weekend before they would have someone come out and fix it (which ended up taking 5 minutes.) Policy or not thats just not right. Corporate hasnt done anything yet about the attitude of the office but hopefully they will soon. The pools are nice, but not nice enough to cover for the way the staff has thus far treated me and my family. Ill never rent here agian. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
