After having to call the noise control officer numerous times on the inconsiderate freak behind me for playing LOUD hiphop , heavily bass-ed "music" after 10pm they finally got the hint. NOW the idiot beneath me has started with the same thing. I get to hear and feel the heavy THUMP THUMP THUMP of disco drums pounding out rhythms at all hours. This morning for example they started at 1am and kept it up until 3am. It is after 3pm and they are at it again. I guess they think that turning the volume down to 100 decibels makes up for turning the bass up to "nose bleed give you a heart attack" level. If that wasn't bad enough they often sit in their car and crank that stereo up to full blast as well, which you also hear due to the shabby construction. If anyone at the Reserve tries to tell you the units are insulated for sound, LAUGH IN THEIR FACE. Everything the negative reviewers have said about this place is 100% accurate.

Calling the noise officer is a pain. It gets one of Tallahassee's "finest" up out of his bed after hours to knock on someone's door (assuming he can hear it). Do this often enough and the dispatcher will suddenly find it hard to get in touch with them... surprise surprise. So you will either have to pound and stomp on the floor like an idiot until they either get the hint or you bust the plaster off their ceiling, or you buy ear plugs and hope it goes away. It wont. It never does. As soon as one inconsiderate ahole moves out another takes his place. Management is totally oblivious to this. If you complain they MIGHT put a side note in the semi monthly newsletter gently reminding people about their noise policy but nothing ever is done beyond that. They tell you that multiple noise complaints will result in eviction... they lie. Continue paying your rent and you could do whatever you want as long as they arent inconvenienced in any way. The management sucks plain and simple.

So if your idea of quality living is noise, bugs, shoddy quality fixtures, insufficient lighting etc.... then by all means rent here. You can have my unit when I leave which won't be too much longer. GOD I HATE THIS PLACE!

I agree with you 100%. My apartment has been having a huge bug problem and me and my fiance dont even leave out any food. I call the office and said that they would have someone come out and spray and I still have bugs so I dont think they sent anyone. This place is not worth the money at all. Thats why my fiance and I are moving once our lease is up the last week in Sept.
