Its unfortunate that I have to give this complex bad ratings. Upon first visit it seemed that it would have been great place to live, after a year they couldn't pay me to live there. When building this place, they really didn't invest in the proper materials for the walls. You are guaranteed to hear every sound that all of your neighbors make, and they are also going to hear you. And I hope you don't plan on the management to solve or even care about the situation. The property manager has a horrible attitude that's reflected by her staff (and also her immediate superiors). After a while it was no wonder why there was a monthly parade of tenants leaving this place. You are better off taking your rent money (this is one of the more expensive complexes in Tallahassee) and find a place where the walls aren't held together by band-aids. Choosing to live in this place is a nightmare you can avoid.
