I don't recommend anyone to stay here. I am a senior college student who was looking for a quiet place to live. When I first saw the apartment I was going to live in(two months before I moved in)they told me that all the things I saw wrong would be fixed. THAT WAS A LIE. Nothing was fixed. Their cite says that they have,"superior grade carpet." What the Hell''' I didn't know that superior grade carpet has patches. They took patches of carpet from the closet and stapled it down in the middle of the floor in the living room. There were leaks in the kitchen and bathroom,there was stains on the ceiling and kitchen counter tops; and things were missing. The only thing nice about these apartments is the floor plan. You would think that this place would be a little cheaper sense its not furnished, its not close to any schools and there is a jail less than 3 miles away. YES I SAID JAIL. The manager and maintence is the worst. I had a leak in my bathroom from the upstairs apartment. Maintence put two big holes the walls to get to the pipes. They left it that way for 2 weeks. I ask the manager to compensate me for that and the many other problems of my apartment. She said no. Please take what I said into consideration before moving here.
