Nice office staff, not so nice apartments

The office staff was always friendly and constantly throwing us parties in the courtyard and giving us free prizes. They usually got things fixed as soon as possible when it was broken. They just re-did the outdoor pool with new furniture and a nicer looking patio.
However, the apartments are cheap and things tend to break easily. There is no elevator access, so if you have any older relatives help you move in, or you are disabled, this place is completely non-acomodating to you. I have had to park in guest parking several times due to lack of parking in our parking lot, and actually got towed from the next door guest parking lot.
If you have a window in your bedroom facing the courtyard, except several sleepless nights as it can get very rowdy and loud out in the courtyard until all hours of the morning.
This place is very social, and a great place to live if you stay up late and wake up late. I wouldn't suggest it for those who go to bed early on the weekends or those who like peace and quiet.
