Rats and sketchy location

I lived at Royal Oaks and I had a rat infestation. My roommate and I found 3 rats in one day. The office did nothing about it. We found out that at least 3 of our neighbors had rats too and the office did nothing as well. This place was convenient because it was right next to campus, but the rat and roach problems,drug deals, fights and robbing is not worth being able to walk to class. I was the happiest person ever to move out and feel safe. This place makes you feel ghetto for living there. Not to mention this place is about 50 years old and is a little creepy on the inside.
