The maintenance staff (paul) is very shady. He comes in to your apartment without notice, pretty much whenever he feels like he needs to "check on something".
The apartment complex is nothing but noise during the day. They have loud lawn service that stops by every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 am.
The children in the complex are a nightmare. They have done damage to many cars, play in the apartment hallways and scream 24/7.
This place puts up a real nice front until you sign the lease... then they either forget about you or screw you over.
Save yourself the time, money, and hassle... live somewhere else.
