I moved in in march of 2006 and I am a currently living at savannah sound. I have no problem with the managment. The apartment is very very nice, and very very clean, and well maintained. I only had one problem, the AC went out at 9 pm, I called emergency maintance and the fixed it in 45 min!! The manager/staff is nice, but busy, I paid rent late one month (by a couple days), and she did not charge me any fees! I can hear the kids every once in a while screaming, but only during the day. I read all the reviews, and the one that said paul will enter your apartment whenever he feels like. Im not sure if that is true, but I have noticed that my phone was off the hook once, but I prob. did that.

I HARDLEY hear my neighboors, like once a week I may hear a garbage disposal turn on for a sec, but besides that it is quite. But I have a second story apt, of a building that has 3 stories.

Oh, and I got a month free of rent (limited time promo). This morning, I look out the window and there were a couple fire trucks, a apt. caught fire :( (not joke), but every apt has sprinklers, and the fire dept. got there fast (i guess), I dont know the exent of the damage yet.

In short, i may stay there another year, or If i find something better for less (prob. not) I will move
