First opinions- great...exactly what I needed for a new start... yea that didn't last long!!! My upstairs neighbors were drug dealers and I swear he beat his girfriend. Multiple times I would be woken up at 3-6am by shrilling screams then dead silence. Never reported anything as of course I didn't want to be a part of it. Next, maintentenance..they were good, timely and extremely nice. However management on the other hand sucked. Joann could not care less about you or any issues you have while you are there. Me and my roommate had to leave 2 months early but decided to still pay rent and all so we didn't have to argue or anything with management. This is until I went into my apartment a month later to get some personal belongings approximating in about $450 to find that they were gone and the entire apartment had been altered....New carpet, new paint on the walls ( both me and my roommate painted our walls and were gonna have a paint party to close the deal right before our lease was up), a washer and dryer was in our apartment, the electricity had been turned back on...hmmm... sounds as if they were expecting some new tenants huh''' When I went to discuss this with Joann the office manager she kicked me out of her office after I caught her in multiple lies telling me "She had other work to do today and didn't have time do deal with this." EXCUSE ME!!!! This is your job!!! I pay rent here and you don't care....PLEASE ANYONE LOOKING AT THIS PLACE...READ THESE REVIEWS THEY ARE HERE FOR A REASON!!!! I told myself no it looks so nice they can't be true...only to be kicking myself in the bum later for it...

My husband was there on the 12th, applying for an apartment, and he thinks he saw you in the office. But of course he is not sure. This is what he told me what he saw and heard from the staff: 2 girls, moved out before the lease expired. and forgot about the ceiling fan they installed. After the lease expired, the maintenance took the fan off because it didn't match the rest of the apartment. My husband saw the blond girl screaming and throwing things in the office.

Of course that's what he "heard" from the staff..they are full of ----!!! We vacated the apartment but were still paying rent. They went into our apartment COMPLETELY altered it (Hello, don't I LEGALLY still live here??? What are you doing to my apartment???) and took some of my personal belongings that were left in the apartment out and threw them away... I assume they are in someone else's apartment(maybe the office managers) since they so sudddenly disappeared with no one really knowing or CARING about it...and by the way I have tried to contact corporate and the district manager on this and NO ONE has had the decency to return my call...fishy huh??? Hope you have better luck!!!
