Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Not only can you not sleep on Fri and Sat nights but Wed Night was Karaoke Night at the restaurant next door. They have not been remodeled in decades. The carpet is gross. The appliances are worse. Oh, but the model they show is quite nice. My car was mistakenly towed 4 times while i lived there. Seville is a sorry place.
