There aren't too many positive things to say about this place. Most negative things have been covered: maintenance issues, extremely high power bills, there is rarely anyone in the office and there is high office staff turnover. Residents with aggressive dogs that do not keep them on leashes. My (leashed) dogs were attacked 4 times the last month I lived there. The office did not do anything when I complained. I moved out a month ago and now they are trying to say I owe money. I talked to other prior tenants, and this is their MO: charge tenants for non-existant damages in order to keep their deposits. There is not enough parking and there are a couple of broken down autos that never get towed. My neighbors were young and noisy and once again, the office was no help in this area. They only mow once a week and the weeds get really high during that time. There is a lot of dog poop on the grounds as most people just let their dogs roam free. The weight limit on pets is not enforced--there is a great dane on site. The grounds should be better lit to encourage people to pick up after their dogs at night and because the steps are narrow and dangerous. The walkway to the laundry room is made up of individual stepping stones (some are broken) on a hill. I fell carrying my laundry several times. The maintenance man ALWAYS left trash in my apartment. Once he spilled ceiling filler all over my belongings and did not clean up after himself.
