It's not that bad

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
Looking at it, it doesn't seem like much, especially sense it borders Tallahassee's southside. But they are nice spacious apartments.

Problems include poor maintenance, and parking. But being some of the cheapest apartments in town you can overlook that.

Honestly, overall they are not that bad.
