My only problem with this place is they don't know the value of it's longest tenured employee(Matt). He takes pride in his work, from renovating apts prior to rental to making sure the pool is up to code. Whenever there is new management they hire FAMILY and want to let him go. It then becomes obvious that he does so much more than what he is paid to do. He makes sure the dumpster areas are clean before and after pickup. He also helps some of the older tenants with taking their trash to the dumpster(after working hours). Matt is one of the reasons this place has been kept up over the years. It would be a shame if he is let go again for a FAMILY member who doesn't know anything about this place. Nepotism '!'! It's just not right. He is probably their hardest working employee.
