I have lived here for almost a year now and am surprized at the negative reviews below. For a rather reasonable price, this is a great place for families and individuals. In our quad, everyone knows about every neighbor, our kids play together on the quad and share toys. We have barbeques. The complex is a bit on the old side (i.e. no outlets for hair dryer, etc. in the bathroom, outlet in the bedroom only works if I switch the light switch on, poor insulation especially at the older appartments), but overall it is a good placve to live for cheap. I find it safe, and maitenance for me has always been there relatively fast. Management could return messages a bit better, but they are very friendly.
