I generally enjoyed my stay her before the change in management (with the exception of the nice young man that works at the office-he was helpful.) There was damage done to my countertop two years ago and nothing was done to fix it. Several of my neighbors have dogs and I had to deal with issues of droppings each day. After several complaints, a newsletter was posted. The manager seemed bothered at times and in my opinion unprofessional. Notices were often generated and delivered late and overall, service was poor.
