I have no complaints with the actual apartment. I liked the renovations - however cheaply done they were. It was better than most places in that price range (that would rent to students) and had a washer/dryer included; however...

I had a serious problem with my neighbor playing loud music continuously from 8am to 11pm. The music was bad enough, but it sounded like I lived next door to a club. I wrote numerous letters to management and made phone calls on a daily basis. The first thing they did was try to evict the neighbors who weren't making noise (and were incidentally out of town during my initial complaints) and who had also been complaining about the noise. The loud neighbor had to be dealt with through a case worker - a case worker that over the six months that I dealt with this was never successful in getting my neighbor to simply turn down the radio.

Bottom line: Management is Incompetant
