for awhile i wasn't a big fan of this apartment, but it is growing on me. the ceiling is thin so i can hear people walking on top of me, but it doesn't bother me anymore, especially when the tv is on. the management is really nice, and i can't say whether they are slow or not because nothing ever breaks in my apartment. the a/c bill is astronomical, but that's for the whole complex, and it goes down drastically in the winter. the layout of my apartment is awesome, and i have a really good sized room and my own bathroom. parking is not bad, there are plenty of visitors spaces, and i've never been towed. my only problem is that i heard the people in the bedroom above me having sex, but that's their fault. :-) they have landscapers come about once a week, so the grounds always look clean and well-kept. i go to tcc, and it's only about a 5 minute drive. overall, it is a good place to live, and it's safe. i would renew my rent again, but my roommate wants a place close enough to fsu campus to bike. i really like it as a whole, so i'll deal with the higher rent.
