I have lived at this place for two years and I suggest that you find another place to live unless you do not have a car.
Parking is terrible and there are only about five visitors spots for the entire complex. The cable is bootleg and the Ethernet tends to work off and on. The rental staff is okay if you talk to the right person; make sure everything that they do is documented because they tend to conveniently loss stuff, such a receipts for rent and work slips for maintenance. The complex is entirely too noisy and there are a lot of parties that go on at the complex. The laundry room only has 4 washers and 4 dryers which is entirely too small for the number of people that live there. It also costs $2.50 to wash and dry. Not to mention that two of the dryers maybe be broken at a time. The furniture in the apartments is hand me downed and have been used by numerous residents and in addition to this the paint on the walls soak up everything and stain easily.
