I currently live here at Royal Oaks and I have to say the convenience is not worth it. First you can not use the laundry facilities on site because the dryers are constantly broken and they charge you a good deal more for them. The parties and loud, messy and on a regular basis. The worse part is that they don't clean it up until Monday. So if someone pukes outside your door on Friday night you are stuck with it till Monday morning. Also the maintence is quite slow in coming unless you call and harass the office. The people in the office are generally incompetent and not very nice either. My neighbors had a serious problem with mice and had to move to a new apt. because of it. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear every footstep above you and every word said in the room next to you. The cable comes and goes and changes all the time. The internet can be incrediably slow!
