My boyfriend lived here for his first semester, and let me tell you- there is not nearly enough visitor parking. If I recall correctly, there are about 5 spots for each building.
Secondly, his room was directly behind Papa John's. He complains that the lights shown brightly into the wee hours of the morning.
The apartment itself is not at all spacious.
Also, the couches were a joke. He was told that they'd get a room w/ relatively new leather seating... they didn't. The couches were ancient.
The bathrooms have water-saving faucets and showerheads. Meh.
I must admit, this location is pretty good- right next to FSU. They also have contests and get-togethers in order to generate a sense of community.
