This place is horrible. I've lived here for two years unfortunately. There is a constant mold problem in the bathroom and maintenance told me to clean it myself so did the girl in the office. The bedrooms are small and the kitchen is extrememly small. The rent is $470 a month and I don't even have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Maintenance does not respond in a timely fashion. Parking is terrible. There were nights when I came home and did not have a parking spot. The best thing about this place is its proximity to campus which allows you to walk, but I'd rather burn gas driving than live here. Don't waste your time and money. The apartment they assign you to looks nothing like the model. The model is what fooled me.
