Don't live here! (Pavilion at Univ. Village)

There are very few good things. First, the location is good because you can walk/bike/ride the bus to class in a matter of minutes. It has been relatively quiet here which I was surprised about.
Now to the negatives...
1.) There has been mold growing around the window frames in my bedroom and the sliding glass doors in our living room. The maintenance pretty much said to just "wipe it down". Our A/C was not maintained properly and it leaked for a day or two which caused mold in the A/C closet and a problem with our carpet in the living room. The A/C was running way too much and resulted in a high bill for us. (They reimbursed us for the difference from the month before due to the problem being their fault).
2.) There is not much visitor parking. About 8 spots for the entire place. You have to save one or get lucky.
3.) The apartment's furniture is not the best. My bed's boxspring is still partially broken from when I moved in and the mattress wasn't pretty either. They said they weren't getting anymore in.. yet I saw them move in new mattresses one day. I never got one! My middle dresser drawer can't come out all the way or it falls out! They wouldn't fix it.
4. The rooms aren't as big as I was used to but they aren't horrible.
5. The Internet IS SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! They say they are gonna fix it this spring but who knows.
6. You have to use coin laundry in the common area which gets expensive and its an inconvenience.
Bottomline: It's been an ok place to live but the first things I mentioned particularly the mold, the A/C problem, and slow ass internet lead me to NOT RECOMMEND Living here. The location has been pretty much the only positive!
