Upon move-in, place was filthy and many appliances/fixtures etc. were broken. Apartment was not even close to the level of the demo shown.

Management team was fired after 1 month, and numerous complaints by the entire building. The new staff is trying, but are still very hard to reason with on any matter whatsoever. Many items that were marked as needed for repair etc... on the move-in sheet were never taken care of, or were addressed months after the initial request. One thing you'll also find enjoyable is how thin the insulation here is...you can hear quite a bit above you and outside...

Overall, hopefully the new management can help to keep the place in better shape, but the shady maintenence crew and the way the business was run in the past does not bode well.
Also, at 4 bedrooms for $400 each, that's a $1600 room total, and I don't think that this is even close to worth $1600. I recommend finding someplace else if you can.
