Upon moving in the apartments the place was so dirty and our entire living room furniture was missing. We received our furniture only after reminding the office 4 or 5 times. The "gated community" only has 2 of its 4 entrances gated and there is not nearly enough parking for residents let alone about 10 visitor spots for the 9 buildings in the complex. They refuse to give guest passes but will gladly tow your car after midnight for an 80 dollar fee. The tanning bed they claim to have doesn't exist . The expanded gym and computer lab has been underconstruction for the past year and still no progress. You basically live in a swampy mosquito bed. When it rains the entire place floods and trash floats everywhere. The internet is slow and rather than dealing with it they push it off on you and make you call the place. Then they blame it on your computer rather than the their ------ internet. The utility package is a hoax, the "utility package" they offer with the $ 120 cap doesnt cover even half of your montly bill. So basically add anywhere from 30 -50 dollars on to your rent each month. But they wont tell you that, go figure.
The managment or lack there of are the most ignorant and rude people you'll ever have to deal with. When you confront them they ignore you and lie to your face but they have no problem coming knocking on your door demanding "their" money.
Don't believe anything they say when you tour the place, it isnt true. Living at Tuscany has been a horrible experience and I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

AGREE!!!!!! These people are nothing more than CROOKS - I am looking to find out the owner of the corporation who built them - I may file a civil suit!
