I lived here for 3 months. I did sign a year lease and continued to pay rent on that apartment while paying rent in a new apartment. No one wanted to sublease my tuscany apartment because by then everyone knew that this place was run by the ----- himself.
Upon my arrival I learned quickly that every member of the office staff had been given a labotomy. They honestly have no conept of time, money, or anything heavenly. They will lie to you from the minute you go into sign your lease right up until move out day.
Never trust anything they tell you, it is a lie.

The apartments are complete ----. Everything is filfthy when you move in, until they send there so called "cleaning staff over to tidy up the place." You will soon find out that the cleaning staff is dirtier than the apartment, they are useless. The maintence staff is also ignorant and useless. Nothing gets fixed, cleaned, and everything is a lie.

Not only did they steal my deposit and one extra months rent that they were suposed to refund me, but for the three months that I was there they made my life a living hell.

If you are reading this read the other reviews, becasue i experienced all of that. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this infested swamp as possible.
