save yourself the trouble do not move here. when i moved in my room stank of urine(apparently the girl who lived in it before me had dogs and tuscany didn't feel it was necessary to change the carpet). My desk was and remains broken. The house was filthy and infested with roaches. The mini fridge in my room was left unplugged with meat in the freezer all summer. nice touch. after about a month my carpet was steam cleaned once. the smell is still there, but i did finally get another fridge. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
