I live in a 4/4 poolside at Tuscany and think that like all complexes, it has pros and cons.

Tuscany tends to have a noise problem. I live in the room that borders the hallway and stairs and I can hear everyone outside. Also, there are some -------s across the way that have really loud and long lasting parties each weekend. Overall, noise here is a problem, the management solution is to tell you to call the cops...

Overall, I like my room. I like having my own bathroom and the room is a decent size. Its also cool that Tuscany lets you paint the rooms.

Maintainence can be quite horrible. We routinely would wait for a couple of months on service requests and did not have room keys until almost 5 months after moving in. With that being said, the staff is actually really nice when you talk to them about it, but it just takes a long time for things to get done.

The clubhouse is cool. The fitness center doesn't have enough heavy weights, but is overall very convenient to have around. Again, I've had friendly experiences with the staff and think that most of them are nice people.

Parking is another problem. There is definitely not enough visitor parking and in the evenings before they start towing at midnight, regular parking gets hard to find also.

Overall Tuscany is at a pretty good location and not a bad complex. If you are looking for a quieter place, this is not where you would want to come though.
