Let's be honest, this place hasn't been called Tuscany Village for a few years; it's now known as Venetian Villas. I live in the townhouse style apartment which are located in the back corner of the complex. Parking is adequate but they do tow, so make sure to grab your guest a visitor spot if you anticipate them staying even a second after midnight. My main complaint is that the upstairs rooms are very hot. I understand heat rises, but sometimes the temperature gets a little ridiculous. Utility bill always seems high, but that could be because of the princess random roommate I got stuck with who leaves lights on and runs the a/c like crazy. Maintenance is great, always comes the same day you report a problem. Super nice guys too!
This place is also a greek-life fest, so be weary of the fraternity guys who like to rage at all hours of the night, turning the building into a club, complete with rap music blasting til 4am (or until the cops get called). Also, be careful of which room you choose...get the room closest to the parking lot and you'll enjoy hours of music, drunk people screaming, and etc. My advice: get to know your neighbors so you can complain to them if you have a problem. Most will comply.
Utilities and internet are included and there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in all units. Living here has not been that bad of an experience, but it's DEFINITELY not as bad as some of these old reviews make it out to be, I promise.
