I suppose during the day when the kiddies are at school, people are at work, and the management is showing the place, it comes off as a quiet, up-scale living community. Don't be fooled! There is no such thing as quiet; if you're not listening to your neighbors through the walls, it's the kids skateboarding all over the place (including the tennis court), playing football, bouncing basketballs, screaming (at the pool), or high school/college students being very obnoxious in the spa until very late at night (3 AM). Theoretically, the place would be great to live in; everything from the property to the apartment quality is superb. But when all you want to do is relax by the pool/spa, or even in your own apartment after 9 hours at work, you'll feel like you're babysitting the neighbors' children. I can't wait until summer break!

We've found this to be a wonderful community and have not found any of this person's opinion to be a factor in our living here. Beautiful place, great staff, great location!

I do have to admit some of the older children (teenagers) can be a bit obnoxious.
