Don't be fooled by the calm daytime scenery. This place is noisy and although they repetedly remind residents of the rules through signs and mailouts there is no way to enforce the rules. The staff is only interested collecting rent. Any compaints must be submitted in wriritng so they can be summarily dismissed by management. Kids and dogs and strange men hanging around at all hours of the night. Parties at the social building get way out of control. The noise level between apartment floors is okay but is terrible from one to another on the same level the insulation is poor. The trash piles high outside the dumpster every weekend and management continues to think it is a user problem. Yes it is a user propblem they have more users than space. All of this mediocrity could be expected at your average appartment community but is not expected at a "luxury" complex. You could have the same and spend far less elsewhere.

This review is accurate especially with the trash

Again...have to agree with the trash comment. Don't even think of going to that half of the complex on a Sunday

I just broke my lease after almost two years because of all the issues. $1000 rent a month and I have water damage running down from one of my sockets, which scares the hell out of me and water damage from the ceiling leaking. Management said they were going to sue me for the remainder of the rent (three months) after I told them I moved out AFTER someone tried to break in through my window one night. Any one got any help with getting out of being sued? It just isn't fair! So many other issues with the apartment...VERY cheaply created and applicances are cheap too...never did my dishwasher work right or my hot water heater. ~screwed
