I moved here from California last year. The apartment is very big, the value is good(compared to Calif everything here is though). The staff has been very helpful and always courteous. I had some issues with neighbors once and they were great and understanding and helped us work out our differences. People keep parking in driveways even though the staff tells them not to. I don't hear any noise from other apartments..the walls are concrete or block. I would recommend to anyone coming into Tallahassee new--it's just a few miles from airport and this area is the most convenient to everything. I would recommend it.
