The rent is going up, and management response to problems is going down. Pests are a problem and management does not seem to care (ants and snakes). Had a problem with an electrical outlet which they totally ignored. Once they have your signature on the lease, management no longer pays attention to your concerns.

And did you notice they say you can't break your lease and pay a fee? If you need to move out they want to make you pay the entire lease, which I don't think is compliant with Florida laws? I am not an attorney, but I wish I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express~
