Just moved out of an apartment at Southwood and these people will look for any reason to keep your deposit and bill you for additional charges. We cleaned our apartment very well, cleaned out both bathtubs and sinks twice just to make extra sure everything clean. Kitchen meticulously clean and they still kept deposit (general cleaning fee) and other unjustified charges!!! Watch out for these people... or better yet, just steer clear of these apartments!
