Do not rent here despite the pretty appearance. The worst management & maintenance I have ever encountered. It really makes a difference. They do not communicate, fix, or care about their tennants- even when things are dangerous.
Everyone I know here is extremely unhappy and planning to leave as soon as they can.
You would be very disappointed if you rent here- don't be fooled.
